Here are tips on understable discs. Understable discs can be easily defined as where Turn + Fade is equal to/or less than zero. How the disc flies is also affected by how much force and which technique is used when the disc is released.

Understable discs are especially good for beginners who have not yet got the technique right, mainly because understable discs have a tendency to right themselves more easily if dropped at an angle, as is often done by beginners. If the disc flips over and turns into a roller then you know it's time to find a more stable disc for your throws, assuming you want straight ones.
Understable discs are good when you want to:
Straight Throw (Beginners and don't really have the technique and power yet)
Roller
Turnover-shots (The disc goes away not to come back, see below)
-Right turn on backhand right hand throw
-Left turn backhand left hand throw
