Terms for returns and complaints
As a customer of Discexpress, you have the right to return goods and complaints within 14 days of their arrival.
The products must be:
-In original packaging, if you got it
-The shipping cost is paid by you as a customer
-All returns must be notified before they are sent to email@example.com, mark the email Return and your order number.
-If you want help with shipping, we are happy to help see instructions further down
-Refund takes place when the goods are available to us, when paying Klarna and bank / credit card, it can take up to 10 extra banking days for the money to reach you.

-Label the package "Return" and attach the packing slip or mark the envelope with which order it applies.
Do you want help with shipping, we are happy to arrange a return slip that you print yourself. The return then takes place at cost price and is reduced from the refund of the goods.
In that case, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, mark the email Retur Frakthjälp and your order number.
