Conditions for returns and complaints
As a Discexpress customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase, return goods and complain within 14 days of their arrival.
The products must be :
-Unused
-In original packaging, if the product was delivered in customized packaging
- The shipping cost is paid by you as a customer
-All returns must be notified before they are sent to info@discexpress.se, mark the email Return and your order number.
- If you want help with shipping, we will be happy to help, see instructions further down
- Refunds are made when the goods are at our disposal, when paying by Klarna and bank/credit card, it can take up to 10 extra banking days for the money to reach you.

-Mark the package "Return" and attach the packing slip, alternatively mark the envelope with which order applies. Also includes a note on the reason for the return, e.g. "Regret purchase, would like a refund."
If you want help with the shipping , we are happy to arrange a return slip that you print yourself. The return then takes place at cost price and is reduced from the refund of the item.
If so, send an email to info@discexpress.se, mark the email as Return Shipping Assistance and your order number.
