There are several types of disc golf drivers. Depending on the manufacturer and purpose, these are called by different names, e.g. fairway, control, turning, distance etc. Regardless of whether the disc is designed to go straight, right or left, the driver category has one thing in common, the discs have a narrow/sharp edge/rim which in theory cuts the air better and maximizes the length.
