Champion

The Champion line is produced with a hi-tech plastic that provides outstanding performance and durability. Champion discs are distinguished by a beautiful clear appearance. Designed for professional players, Champion line discs are usually a little firmer and more stable than the same model in other plastics. Whether used in heavily wooded situations, or on extremely rugged courses, our Champion line plastic will continue to perform predictably and avoid damage better than any other plastic.

Blizzard Champion

The Blizzard technology incorporates thousands of microbubbles into our durable Champion plastic. This results in high speed, premium plastic drivers in weights all the way down to 130 grams! Blizzard discs discs fly with almost the same stability as the equivalent model 20 grams heavier. Most models lighter than 135 grams float in water.

Star

The Star line is created with a special blend of grippy, resilient polymers. Star plastic offers the same outstanding durability of our regular Champion plastic, plus improved grip like our Pro plastic. Star discs have the same flight characteristics as Champion discs, but are slightly less firm. High performance, longevity, and superior grip make Innova Star line discs a great choice for your game.

D-line

Lots of grip even in wet conditions. The most affordable plastic in our line. Soft but firm feel – ideal for putters. Fine-tuneable flight characteristics thanks to gradual wear.

P-line

Great feel and added glide. Easily one of the grippiest plastic type out there. Reveals new features in your disc when worn down. Typically a bit more understable plastic type comparing to S- and C-line. Please note: P-line putters (P1 & P2) have their own blend of P-line plastic. The P-line P1 is features a soft & grippy blend of plastic, while the P-line P2 comes with very firm plastic blend that many Pro players prefer for their putters.

C-line

Discmanias most durable plastic – these discs wear down very slowly. C-Line discs retain original flight characteristics for an extended period of time. Whether used in heavily wooded situations, or on extremely rugged courses, the C-Line plastic will continue to perform predictably and avoid damage better than any other plastic. Good grip and showstopper see-through look. Typically the most stable blend of plastic in our line.

S-line

Excellent grip in all weather conditions with great durability. This plastic ages well, which means that your disc doesn’t change drastically in it’s flight behaviour after a couple of collisions with trees. Recommended plastic for drivers.

Kastaplast

Retro Line

Retro Line is our most affordable plastic. It is also about nostalgia. The mid 80s was a great time. Disc Golf had just come all the way up to Latitude 64° and we played all through the night in the midnight sun. Translucent discs were far from being invented and all discs were understable by current standards. We remember those days with nostalgic feelings and wanted a plastic that would remind us of how it used to be. For a long time we have had requests that we should make discs that could be broken in more easily. Test after test led us to this plastic blend that we have named Retro.

Lucid

The perfect combination of polymers produce some of the most beautiful and durable plastic in disc golf. This translucent blend can take a beating and maintain the original flight characteristics of the disc for many rounds of disc golf.

To all Lucid discs

Lucid Air

Lucid Air uses the same material as our durable Lucid plastic. It has solid plastic at the top and bottom of the rim to protect the microbubbles in the plastic on impact. These microbubbles actually make the disc lighter. They are spread out through the top of the disc and middle of the rim to keep the weight distribution nearly identical to Lucid and Fuzion discs.

To all Lucid Air Discs

Fuzion

Fuzion combines the durability of Lucid with an advanced polymer to form a non-transparent blend of plastic. This plastic also provides players with additional grip.

To all Fuzion Discs

Bio Fuzion

BioFuzion plastic is the by-product from a mixture of Lucid and Fuzion plastics that had blemishes or cosmetic flaws. Some of these discs may have specks of plastic, flakes, or other minor cosmetic flaws that will not affect the flight, performance, or durability of the disc.
